I've been looking for examples of where good visuals have explicitly carried a leadership message. The NSPCC's FULL STOP campaign has been running for 13 years raising £300 million, exceeding expectations and still looks as good as new. Apparently, their work had been leading to steady incremental reductions in child cruelty but a greater effort from staff and supporters alike was needed for a breakthrough leap in performance. If one of the key skills for leaders is to inspire an unreasonable ambition in a team then this fits the bill and evokes a great visual ideal.
Anyone got offers for any more?
